Your competence is not the achievement. It is the cage.
The year you stop managing and start becoming.
Twelve months of private coaching with Dr. Jodi Blinco, for accomplished women who are very good at their jobs and very tired of who they have to be to do them.

A private coaching year with Dr. Jodi Blinco
You are good at what you do. It is costing you too much.
Her Breakthrough Year is twelve months of private coaching for women who lead and are ready to stop carrying it all alone. One year, four seasons, and a clear plan for what comes next.
This is for the woman everyone counts on.
You are the one people call when it has to get done. You were promoted for being capable, and every step up came with more weight and less support.
You do not need a pep talk or a framework built for someone just starting out. You need someone who can see what you are carrying, tell you the truth about it, and help you decide what to do next.
If you keep thinking there has to be a better way to do this, you are right. That is where we start.
When you change, everything around you changes with you.
Your team, your decisions, your home, your health. All of it runs through you, and you are usually last on your own list.
This year moves you to the top of that list, on purpose. Nothing else gets better until you do.
What changes is practical. You make decisions faster. You hold boundaries without apologizing for them. You have the conversations you have been putting off. And your next step is one you choose instead of one that happens to you.
One year, four seasons.
Your year starts whenever you do. Each season builds on the one before it, and you meet with Jodi one to one every month along the way.
We look honestly at where you are: what is working, what is draining you, and the rules you have been following that you never agreed to.
Once you can see it, you can set it down. The extra work, the unspoken expectations, the people you have been shrinking for. We set boundaries you can actually keep.
With room cleared, we plan what is next in real terms. The role, the raise, the move, the conversation. Real dates and real decisions.
We lock in what changed so it outlasts the year. You leave with a written plan and the habits to keep going on your own.
Around your monthly sessions, you also get quarterly roundtables with women who already sit in the top seat, a private community of women who lead, the ZenLeader Female Leadership Masterclass, and a monthly wellness series.
You did everything right, and it built you a beautiful box.
Say yes to the extra project. Earn the next credential. Step in when someone leaves. Do more with less, and do it graciously. Every path handed you one more accomplishment to decorate the box, and none of them asked whether you were meant to be in it.
If you are here, something on this list is probably true:
- You are respected, competent, and quietly running on empty.
- You have a development plan for your team and none for yourself.
- You are the person everyone brings it to, with nowhere to bring it.
- You have said "next year" about the thing that matters. More than once.
- You are successful by every external measure and would not call yourself free.
That is not a character flaw. It is what happens when a capable woman spends years being useful to everyone around her, at work and at home, and no one ever asks what she wants.

A private year, not a program you will not finish.
This is not a course, a cohort webinar, or a membership with four hundred people in the chat. It is twelve months of one-to-one work with Jodi, wrapped in the few things that make private coaching hold.
Your private Breakthrough session
Sixty minutes, one to one with Jodi. Twelve of them across the year. Your decision, your situation, your actual Monday, not a curriculum someone wrote for a general audience.
The Leadership Roundtable
A small room with sitting leaders who answer the questions you cannot ask inside your own company. Four across the year.
The ZenLeader Female Leadership Masterclass
Five modules, eight hours, self-paced with lifetime access, worksheets, a ten-track meditation library, and a certificate. A $299 program, included with your year.
Your development plan
A self-assessment at the start and a written development plan with measurable outcomes, so you can show your institution what the year returned.
The Regulated video series
Short nervous-system practice for leadership stamina. One usable tool a month: breath, boundary language, energy audit, reframe. Not homework.
The private community
Other women who understand the specific loneliness of being the one everyone trusts and no one checks on. So the breakthrough that happens now has somewhere to land in 6 months.
Not ready for a whole year? You have options.
Every woman starts somewhere different. Pick the one that fits where you are right now. Each one stands on its own, and each one can lead to the next.
When your body is the problem
The Regulated Reset Kit
$27Seven practices, a worksheet, and a reset menu built to be screenshotted and used in a bathroom stall between meetings. For the weeks you are holding it together on adrenaline.

Say the Hard Thing
$37A script vault for the conversation you have rehearsed forty times and still have not had. Boundaries, pushback, renegotiation, the exit. Word for word, in language that sounds like you.

Her First 90 Days
$47A guided workbook for a new title, a new team, or a new decision to stop living this way. Three phases, ninety days, and a plan you will actually finish.

I have been the woman in the box.
I went from enrollment counselor to campus president. I built a yoga studio and I lost it. I have had the title everyone wanted and felt like a stranger inside my own life. I earned the doctorate, wrote the books, took the stages, and I did a lot of it while performing a version of myself I thought people needed.
What changed everything was not a strategy. It was doing the internal work I had been avoiding while being extremely productive.
The work I love most is this one. Sitting with a woman who is very accomplished and very tired, and watching her figure out that she is allowed to want more than this.

The questions women actually ask.
I do not have time for this.
Three hours a month. One private session, one roundtable in the quarter it falls, and whatever you choose to do with the Masterclass on your own schedule. The women who join are the busiest people you know. That is exactly the problem the year is for.
Is this group coaching or private coaching?
Private. Every monthly session is one to one with Jodi. The roundtables and the community are the added room around it, not the substance of it.
I do not have a big title. Is this for me?
Yes. The year is built for women at every level and in every field: corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, education, small business, and women running their own. What you share is not a title. It is being the one everyone relies on. The mix is the point.
What if I am not sure I am ready for a full year?
Start with the 90-Day Starter. Four private sessions plus the workbook, for $597, and the whole amount credits toward the year if you decide to continue. Or start with a $27 download. Nobody has to begin at the top.
Can my employer pay?
Frequently, yes. Professional development budgets, training funds, and leadership programs have all covered it. Ask for the justification letter and we will send it within a day.
What if it turns out not to be right for me?
That is what the conversation is for, and it happens before you spend anything. If the year is not the fit, Jodi will tell you, and she will usually tell you what is.
Twenty seats. The year begins when the room is full.
Let us start with a conversation.
Sixty minutes about where you are, what you are carrying, and what you want the next chapter to look like. No pitch. You will leave clearer than you came, whether or not you join.
Tell me your role and institution when you book, and ask for the funding letter if you need it.With love, Jodi 💜
